阿仔因感冒引起的敏感咳而有2weeks了, 食左2weeks抗生素, 但都仲係有d咳, 夜晚有時都會咳, 已經食緊善古寧同Zen...氣喘藥的了.
想問咁樣係未即要轉藥呀 ? 請你給予意見

我囡囡e+9個月, 如果想打水痘針, 最適當ge歲數係幾時呢? 打完針後會唔會發燒或者有其他問題, 仲有係唔係以後唔會出水痘ga, 我係住石硤尾區請問可否介紹兒科去打針呀.

真係唔好意思太多嘢問啦.

Ans.: 13 個月. 因為一歲打MMR, 隔一個月就打得.

其實有敏感咳的, 係未會清得晒d咳的呢 ? (意思係吾話係有1日內完全無咳, 有1/2次咳都會有的呢 ? )
另外想問以下隻噴鼻藥係未有類固醇的 ? 要噴幾耐先有效 ? 你覺得噴藥有類固醇好 ? or 食類固醇藥好d呢 ? (即類固醇的副作用.)

Ans.: I think it's OK. The only problem is that I am an old chap who is so stubborn to use Flixonase and I find it useful and good for those under 6 years.

Dr. give my son Doxycydine 16.7mg twice a day and should be 空肚食. Tonight my maid feed him before meal but let my son eat bread after the medicine, is that any problem?

My youngest son is 5 yrs old, 21 kgs.
he had fever since Friday night, last night was slightly better with tempreture of 38.7 but is coughing a lot, today Dr. give him:
Hydroxyzine HCI 4.13mg
Gee's Linctus 1.25ml Pholocodine 1.25mg
Promethazine HCI0.9mg Ephedrine HCI1.8mg
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1mg
Pseudorphedrine HCI 15mg
Doxtrmothorphan 2.25mg
Aupementin 156mg
Doxycydine 16.7mg.

TODAY I HAVE OTHER PROBLEM WITH ELDER SON
6 yrs old 21.5kgs.
HE have high fever of 40.2 last night even after 塞肛. This afternoon 12 o'clock 塞肛 again then fever went down abit. But until 4pm then went up again to
40.1, I gave him 退燒藥 but fever still at around 39.1-39.6. I am very worry about him, Dr. give him today:
Tamilflu 12mg/ml (45mg) twice a day.
Augmentin 156mg, 5cc three time a day.
Chlospheniramine 2mg/tap 半粒, twice a day
Dexeromethorphan 30mg/tab 一粒, twice a day
Chlorpheniramine 2mg/tab 1粒, before sleep
Virulex 半粒 3 times a day
Vit.c 100mg/tab 3 times a day.

I am very worry about him keep on high fever,
bath, 抹身至紅 I keep on doing but still HOW??...
Sorry, I really very worry...

Also, for your information, I have a grand daughter 2 yrs old who stay with use during the daytime. She had high fever for a week already and last Friday her doctor confirmed she have甲形流感, ...

Just out of curiousity, why you 'strongly disagree the use of doxycycline'? Is there any side effect that I should know?

Lastly, as a general home emergency, beside bathing and rubbing the body, is there anything else we can do or perform at home if the children have high fever?

Doxycycline will deposit in growing bone and teeth.
Heat sinking forehead pad may help a bit. And Anti-pyretic medicine as rectal suppository will help to control the fever too.
