sherton will take on tomorrw ... a bit worry ... friend of mine suggest give some "carrot water" to him before .... no sure that will work of not

sherton took it on Oct 27. so far he just feel tried and dont want to eat during this period ....

if he can pass the 12 days, is this mean he will be fine ??????
