Yesterday night, the wind was so strong and I am unable to sleep. I can feel that the wind and rain are even stronger than the previous typhoon. I really don't know how the Observatory assess the typhoon level.
I totally agreed with the subject heading - 不知所謂既天文台. Luckily, we have BB Kingdom to let us express our dissatisfaction on the Observatory.
