THY, as you observed your daughter's face has been swelling for a few days (from last friday?), and gained two pounds (within how many days? if within a week, it is too much for a five year olds), you 'd better take her to see a paediatrican. It may cause you few hundreds, but you will know if you kid is alright or need treatment.
