“A direct refund to ticket holders who purchased their tickets directly from Hong Kong Ticketing using electronic payments will be automatically processed by Hong Kong Ticketing from 18 November to 17 December 2019.”
Full refund of HK$ XXXX (Included all customer service fee and courier fee) will start from 18 Nov, 2019 automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days (excluded Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) around the end of Jan 2020.
