I'll be sending my younger son to Sun Island coz my elder son is studying there now. And the teacher there is very nice. Their school fees is very reasonable too.
Sorry for the late response. I just came back last night from Japan. My hubby & I brought along our 2 sons on a 5 day tour. My younger son is born in July of 02.
After last night, I think the most convenient thing about living in Tung Chung is that you don't have to travel a long way back from the airport...hahahaha we were on a late flight last night, but it was okay as we were already back home in 10 mins time.
War thank got I did bring a stroller along, if not I think I might have died in Japan...ahahahahaah. What the airline do is they let you push the stroller all the way into the aiport departure hall. You will then pass the stroller to the stewardess before boarding the plane. They will get the ground staff from the aiport of destination to pass it back to you the moment you get off the plane. Don't put the stroller into cargo. They will definitely spoil it. As for your worry abt your baby's health, I'm not too sure if this works for you or not, but my way is to buy a bottle of Watson's "local" water and then when I reach the destination, I'll use half of the Watson's water and the water there to make milk for my son. Take care also to feed your child more water on plane, as I find that usually it is the plane flight which causes the child to feel uncomfortable.
Thank you. Which airline did you pick??? I have asked Singapore airline, they said I must pack up the trolley and ship as luggage.....!!!! Maybe I ask them once again....
If I can do as what you've said, it is more convenience as 阿so is very hevay now..... I think I cannot hold her while waiting for boarding....
We took ANA. But the last time I took Cathay Pacific, I also did the same thing with the stroller. If you check the stroller in as luggage, there's a possibility that your stroller will be destroyed. I think you better ask again as there is a term in the check in department that the airline company is not responsible for any damaged incurred on checked in items.
We went for a 5-day trip tp Tokyo. It's our first time in Japan, so we went on a tour package. At the beginning, we did want to go there during Christmas time. But because my younger son's lungs are not too good, so we dare not go there during Christmas when it might be snowing. As for soending...(sigh) sadly to say, we did not really spen too much there as u know taking 2 kids on a holiday, u really don't have much time to go shopping.
