I ate everyhting except shell fish, sashimi and fish without scale. These food might easy to cause diarehea.
Other than that, all meat, fish, fruit. especially beef is very good in nutrition for baby, but not much carbohydrate which will only make mami gain weight but not the baby.
I ate a lot of fruit to help digestion too which also very healthy to baby.
Probably do the same for this one; however, for the time being, can't even eat anyhting at all. Hope it will be better two more weeks afterwards.
