我朋友係澳洲帶了盒cream 比我, 初初以為係羊脂膏果d 會好lup 啦, haha~ 又唔係bor, 都幾水 (因為有aha), 我留番來搽neck!
但最攪笑上去website 睇係有中文bor, 但個盒明明係寫"made in australia" ?-(

Do you know ""Apvitar"" from Greek , they had counter in Causeway Bay Seibu before but closed already , where is the new counter?? Because I read the magazine still have promotion but can't contact !

I think I will not use Skin Care from Japan or Korea again and Change to Europe Product !!
Long time ago I use All Estee Lauder Product may be is better but I think at that time I am so young !!!
Every product is OK!!!

This morning after day cream I use Shu Umera Compact 乾粉 !! 我think is 2 way cake !! After use Very very dry So I use Haba Sq Oil on the face Better very much !!!

my friend bought 1 box cleansing mask & 1 box cucumber mask.
I tried the cucumber - I think using 豆腐 DIY mask is much better

I copy from other BK member , I didn't try just post this menu in the kitchen over one month !! My son always said want to eat !! May be you can try !!!

Actually I believe , beauty is Eating good NO deep fried food so I always tell my bunbun steam meat and hot water to boil vegetables (but my 99 and hubby like fried vegetable ) and NO DREAM SLEEPING !!!!

[白花膠燉鮮奶]
療效 : 產前調理身體、胃痛、十二指腸受損、美顏、增強抵抗力、增強骨膠、氣管問題及哮喘。
材料 : 白花膠五錢、樽裝鮮奶兩支 ( 請勿用高鈣奶 )
煮法 : 先用水蓋過白花膠燉三小時，再加入鮮奶燉一小時

Agree with you, "good" sleep is very very important !!

"good" sleep 4 hours is much much much better than "not good sleep" 12 hours.

"Quality often matters more than quantity.
質量往往比數量更重要"

One of the important element to become as "bright" as you do is : BE HAPPY !!!!!!!!

I think I have to visit (just like see doctor) vivid and ask her to give me some "medicine" la..........

yes, 其實食療都幫助好大架; 花膠 really a good choice

我 last year 試過由秋涼開始, 1星期燉1次花膠燕窩湯飲, d skin really better than the past years
