I bought 忠臣 around 1 mth ago $299 (the last one at Pricelite), I baked muffin and cookie only and it is quite good. It has 上火, 上下火. I heard that many Moms here recommended this oven, but it was out of stock resently.

I think the price of this oven is reasonable for 初哥 like me.

did you use it for baking cake??? i bought it the day before yesterday, but i haven't used it still. do you think it isn't easy to control and will be easy to overheat on the cake's surface???

I have not used it for baking cake, I think you have to control the time for baking, for e.g. the receipt of the muffin said bake for 30-35 mins, but actually I baked for 20-25 mins was OK.

If the receipt said baking for 1 hr, you can set for 45 mins first and see how the cake is and add the time if needed.

Also, the thinkness of the muffin/cake can have different time on baking. Good luck.
