我本來見緊完約工人，但未有個好。剛剛我c6個叔過身，佢地既印就變得無用，嬸話這個工人不錯，所以我想轉名過我度，但唔知有乜手續呢?請指教

if the maid employer is dead, she can find another employer at HK and need not to go back, you can go to agency to apply for that maid.
