I've tried. The service is all right and they can complete the project by the deadline also. You need to state everything clearly on every small items in the contract. e.g. What kind of paintng oil, the depth of wooden door, etc.
Overall, thewooden cabinet, electricity is OK, but their painting wall is only average as well as floor tile making.
Thanks very much for your comments which are so detailed and original! Are the staff honest and helpful? Are they co-operative through the final stage when amendments/corrections (if any) have to be made?
The project leader Mr. Lee is basically a responsible guy but sometimes the tone is impolite. However, he'd follow their mistakes according to the agreement stated. Even, they paint again my wall after one year. That's why you need to write and state every details in the contract, and state the completion time (around 3 months). If they can't complete on time, they need to have penalty for you.
However, my designer Mr. Alan Chan has just resigned from this company and develop his own firm. He is doing excellent in his job and react fastly in every items. I'm not so sure the quality of other designers there now.
I think this firm is honest and they use "real" materials in the project. Buy you know, the price and product brand have great varience (higher price = higher quality). So you need to banchmark the brands and quality yourself, and give your requirement to Mr. Lee. Their decoration skill is OK.....
I moved in 2 years already and the quality is still OK. However, the mirror has some black dots now.
