my 2 yrs old and 5.5 yrs old daughter go to bed at 8:50-9:00pm...and read the book for 5-10 mins...and turn off all lights... the elder one will fall in sleep at around 9:20-9:30, and the young one will sleep at 9:30-10:00......the elder one will wake up around 8-9:00 am, and the young one will wake up at 7:45am (need to go to school)
roughly the elder one sleep around 10-11hours a day and the young one sleep around 11-12 hours (included the nap)
the sleep is very important to the child indeed....i found that lack of sleeping hours my elder one will lack concentration etc...
