I recommend you to go to the EAST Coast to eat Chili and pepper crab.. very. take some time to walk around the park/rest close by. they open only in the evening.
if you are keen, you can also go to Clarke Quay area to walk around, there's some very nice pub and a short casual walk at the riverside. Also, there are two rides there, one is bumgy jump and these;s another crazy ride that flip u up on the sky.
it should takes 15 mins to go to East Coast or 30 mins to reach Clarke Quay.
if you are not very serious on seafood (crab), you can also dine at the Jumbo Rest at Clarke Quay, equally good! just there are more options at the East Coast.
