If you want to prevent Common Cold or Flu, it is better to take the Manuka Honey every day and night as a habit. It is the better and the more natural way to prevent cold and flu other than the injection of the vacination!!!

if you have stomach ulcers or have stomach promblems, you can take the ones with UMF, they help.

it's so much cheaper to buy in nz, almost half price! there is a shop in nz called 萬客隆 selling price is even cheaper than airport duty free.
