pertra, by not take the Tsuen Wan West MTR to TST East....----- then get out at Exit E, it's only 20 min...
I take this route to TST YMCA all the time.... from vision city, you can walk on the bridge (no need to worry about the rain). As far as I know, there isn't any bus... the red minibus only goes up to Jordan. I think the fastest and most convenient route. I live in Vision City, and I used to live across from the YMCA in TST. hope this is helpful.
