I've gained 9-10 lbs at 20 week. I ate a lot in my past 4 month, very good appetite most of my time. Still drink ice lemon tea with less sugar or decaf coffee once a week. But eating less sweet fruit or fruit juice like grapes this time compare with my first pregancy. Thinking I should start monitoring my weight now. Don't want to gain too much weight. I gained 26 lbs with my first child.
