if your friend got doctor's recommendation letter, then should be o.k... i got an old scar in my lung when doing the chest x-ray. and ask the doctor to write up a letter to confirm that. and indicate i had finished all the vaccination of TB... - then seems no question being ask for such... i am here in toronto.
