My son was in international class until K1 then switch to traditional K2. I think it took him a while to understand what the teacher say.

So I would suggest you to make up your mind soon or it's very difficult for the kid to adopt, especially in P1.

ESF kids go to Primary school at 5, that's why there's no K3.
