要睇你本身幾重,同埋陀住幾多個 b。但係係中孕期開始先需要增磅。之前O個O的都係肥媽唔係肥 b~

Less than 18.5 28 to 40 pounds

18.5 to 24.9 25 to 35 pounds

25 to 29.9 15 to 25 pounds

30 or greater 11-20 pounds

我而家10week肥咗8磅,可能之前得90磅,又食多咗嘢...都係要減少食嘢至得

健康院STANDARD 係30磅.... 另外注意坐月時唔好狂食豬腳薑喎, 營養師話每日食半碗好喇...
