Very simple, very healthy & most importantly very yummy. No need for ice, sugar, icecream or yoghurt for taste & texture

簡單、健康、好味。不須用冰、糖、雪糕或乳酪也夠甜及質感十足

Ingredient 材料:-
Berries莓 (any type; frozen pack or fresh 隨妳喜歡、新鮮或急凍 even better )
Banana香蕉 (peel & freeze - secret to smoothie tasting delicious 質感及甜味之秘訣 - 去皮及急凍)
Rice milk 米奶(can use milk可用奶)

Put all ingredient in blender & blend for 1mins or so

把所有材料放入攪拌機攪大約1分鐘or more
