My son 16.5mths old, he has 24lbs by now. To be honest, he is not a great eater at all, he doesnt like formula at all, he drinks only around 200-300ml per day.
All I have done is to give high nutrient value food to him, no junk food, such as
Meat - quail(once a week), chicken, fishes, beef, liver(once a week), and pork
Veggie - Beetroot/broccoli/Cauliflower/Red Cabbage/carrot/ sweet potato/choi sum/kale/pak choi/ eggplant/ sweetcorn/tomato/mushrooms
Others - plain rice mixed with brown rice/potato/soba/yogurt (2jars per day)/eggs/cheese(everyday)
I wont give him noodles which made of plain flour but buckwheat, I also wont give him plain rice but mixed with brown rice etc.. Just everything more healthy and high nurtient value.
I think these will help babies to gain more weight and become more healthy

may i know which yoart you feed your BB? thx!
Hi Lounda, I have bought many many different brands for my b like Yeo, Yoplait, Stonyfield yobaby etc. from citysuper, threesixty or great.
In my case, I have to switch from brands to brands otherwise my b will become a fussy/picky eater, once he get use to one taste, it is very difficult to try sth new....I make him understand that like it or not you have to try and finish it.
