錦繡花園好不好住

因女兒可能在元朗讀書,想問錦繡花園好不好住?夏天是否很熱及很多蚊呢?上星期入去跟地產看過不同呎數,不過,還是弄不清.什麼呎數屋好住d?現在租金大約多少? 請指教!thanks!! :lol:

Are you living in 錦繡? It is 多蚊 in evening time of summer and rainy day only. But I think it is also same if you live in a place with tree or grass everywhere including town centre. As no shelter in summer time, it will be hot when you walk on the street with sunshine but it is not hot inside the house. But it is cooler than city at nite time. I am living in 錦繡 for seven years already and before I live in Homantin. I am living 1050 ft and before I live in 850 ft.

I live in Tai Po, but I visit my friend in 錦繡花園 oftenly.

同樣係House型試的康樂園, 就真係少蚊好多. 可能因為錦繡的前身是水塘, 康樂園的前身是果園. 仲有, 就算去林村荷華庭食野, 都唔覺有錦繡多蚊.

Dear ManU and hkchina2000,

I just back to Hong Kong from Easter's vacations. Thank you for your sharing. ManU, can you share more about your feelings for living in Fairview Garden? Is it a good place to live in there if I have two 4 to 6 years old kids? How about the activities for the children? Do you have any recommendations for the nearby learning centres? It is because I plan to move there in the coming June and want to arrange some activities e.g. English class, drawing, piano etc. for my children in this summer time. Thanks again for your reply. :lol:

錦鏽花園位處一個盆地，夏天特別熱

盆地 is surrounded by hill, I think fairview park is not a 盆地. I find it is fine for living in here. I live close to the town centre of fairview park within 2 mins of walking distance. I also have two kids with around 3 and 5 years old. They love here very much as they have large place to play including the penthouse and garden (Near 2000 fts). You can join the club house in fairview park and it has special package for rent (sure you have to pay). There are also two panio shops in town centre and also some activities arrange by the church in Fairview Park. But I am not sure if there is English Class or you have to go to palm spring or YL.

如果你係租, 就不如等d小朋友大d先租入去.

我的兩個小朋友, 3歲及6歲, 都經常要上興趣班, 我住緊個屋苑又無呢d野, 所以要送佢地出去大埔墟, 每次佢地上一個鍾課, 我就在外面坐足一個鍾, 每日一個鍾, 星期一至星期七, 真係深受其害, 所以我都計劃緊搬出去d大屋苑, 好似我有個朋友住麗港城, 可以擺低個小朋友係商場上課, 自已返上屋企, 夠鍾再落去接翻.
