The ticket has to be issued on or before 02nd December, 2013 and is for travel on CX flights between 02nd December, 2013 and 5th January, 2014 inclusive. (The applicable travel period may be extended depending on the severity and duration of a travel related incident).
These special arrangements do not apply to destinations which already have a Red Travel Alert in force prior to the publishing of this guideline
(T5) Special Discounted Fare (Discounted fares, package fares sold in conjunction with hotel accommodation and/or cruise)
** Handling fee for Refund- Waived HK$400/$800
** Handling fee for Rebooking/Rerouting - Waived
(T7) Non-refundable Fare (fanfares™, prize tickets, etc.)
** Rebooking - Allowed. Handling fee waived Not Allowed Group Fare Allowed.
** Refund - Not allowed
