嘉苑 is the real estate i mentioned, it's in 肇輝臺 not Stubbs Road. i also visited 樂陶苑, but 嘉苑 looks huge to me with nice view and big balcony, but 樂陶苑 is much smaller. but 樂陶苑 is much newer than 嘉苑.
I agree the utilized fts of Greenville Gardens (嘉苑) is big as my mom got a flat there...and I've lived that for 5 years when i was in secondary school.
Still remember the balcony and nice view. But now the flat is leased out and I think the view is not as good as past cuz many high blocks were built...
