did you remember that there was a colleage called Grace, she got the same problem many years ago, she had shared the experience with me, said that it's very embarrased to do the exam (in staff clinic), she consequently did the operation and said that it's OK....but I can't remember the details, might be I try to ask further from her.....
in fact, the point that I wanted to make reply is: when I see the post, I related that it was the problem of 'big' size :mrgreen:
