If it's not accompanied by pain, it should not be a something you should worry about. However, I'd recommend you to just goto any gynae. Time is the most important consideration when you find something wrong with your pregnancy. Moreover, famous doc may not see you immediately due to full bookings! It could be implantation bleeding, don't panic, just tell the receptionist that you are spotting see if the doc can squeeze you in between patients! Good luck!
