I think you better go to see the Dr first, if you do the operation when you are young, the operation is more simple, it is just to remove the fat of the eyebags only, so the days needs for recovery will be short i.e.just a few days. If your age is older,you need to remove the fat and also cut some of the loose skin of the eyebags,then it need more time to recover and the cost may be increased.
