I fired my maid yesterday, I give her one month notice instead of pay her one month salary.
I am a full time mother... I have a 2 years old baby study in full time nursery school.
the first week she come to my home already have problem.
I won't say in detail, her problem major in attitude.
Yesterday, she try to make me angry, I angry, and she ask me to fire her. I understand what she want but i just give her one month notice not pay her one month salary....
A lot of friends today ask me to pay her one month salary. I think i will not let her 得米.
Form today, I cook the dinner by myself, and prepare a dinner box to my daughter.
I take my daughter leave school @5:30pm, eat dinner at clubhouse @6:00-7:30pm than meetup with daddy @7:30pm. within these 3 hours(from 5:30-7:30pm) I just ask my maid to stay beside us and do nothing. I won't let my daughter stay at home these 3 hours for only me and maid.
I always give the maid one month notice. Be careful, don't let her staying at the home alone, take her out when you are outside. Lock all the valuable things, etc. It's so fast to pass one month.
