1. I shouldn't think she should have an abortion. After all, it's a lilttle life.
2. Tell her you can keep her until she gives birth to the baby but the baby can't stay in your house.
3. You can tell her you can find a erplacement and give her all she entitles to (matunity leave, annual leave, tickets....etc) and she can resign.
4. Of course, you don't have muxh choice now, it's hers.
agree with this option. if she really wants to continue her job in HK, she may do abortion (her own responsibility, then she will come back after everything is fixed. Meanwhile, you can apply a new one for just in case (yap, maybe you will lose another few thousand agency fee).
