If the medium of instruction is changed to English, I want to know if the kinder teachers in the kindergarten are capable of teaching all the subjects in English (of course except Chinese and Putonghua). I wonder if some of the teachers teach by using incorrect grammar, if so, the kids will not be able to learn proper English, and I do not think they can employ more NET teachers to teach the kids as the kinder is not a private one.
