We stayed in Traders Club with Petronas Twin Towers in May. The view is good.
The distance between the KLCC and hotel is around 10 minutes (walk). The hotel also provide buggy service.
Mandarin Oriental is also located in KLCC.
We took taxi to 亞羅街夜市 around 10 minutes (if not in traffic).
If you want to go shopping, I think you stay in the area of Bukit Bintang 武吉免登 is better.
