我就生完一個月後,都有每日踏30mins腳踏機,SAT&SUN跑30mins步,同控制飲食,開頭lbs數係gum落,but個人好似好易累,到左2個月後就開始mo乜落到,after我轉馮SAT去游半個鐘水(really要游ar!!)同平日落街行2-3hrs,控制飲食,雖然2wks先減到2-3lbs,but l feel健康左,mo gum易累&精神左,加上我餵半人奶,ng可以節食,要食有營養野,只可做到gum...我都ng想做肥師奶!!
4月生到now我已經去番133lbs,雖然我目標係116lbs(重有17lbs),but l feel最緊要減得健康,因為我想出年中追多個,免得減到身體ng ho,就麻煩
