無理解僱? 關唔關事無出過 WARNING LETTER?

我都計劃炒人中 …
一直都是口頭警告, 從沒出過 WARNING LETTER. 第日會唔會有手尾跟呢? 請個人諗住幫輕吓, 家下真係貼$買難受!!

I give you my full support to continue to fight back. You won the case on long service payment because the judge agreed to your reasons for termination (or discontinuing her service). She has no case on unreasonable dismissal.

I am facing a similar issue with my maid right now. She will have worked for me for nearly 5 years when contract ends. But her performance is also getting worse & worse. I gave her a warning letter with 3 main reminders but she didn't want to sign back for me. Honestly, I have reason to dismiss her half a year ago but I did not. I do not like to terminate a maid unless it's really really unacceptable eg abusing the kids or stealing.

坦白講,如果真的是工人被剝削,她絕對有權,告僱主也不一定是她們的錯!前提是她們絕大部分是屈我們!

今年一月我已是第三百幾宗!浪費了香港納稅人幾錢?無奈!

"service no longer required" means "this helper's service is no longer required". It doesn't mean "all helpers' service are no longer required"
