可以, 唔好比佢拖, 唔知你廚房既問題係乜, 拖欠租就係欠租, 可以告. 但佢肯比番租就唔趕得佢走.

I think so. Therefore, I change to the 'real' rock when I find the crack on 人造石.
However, the price is higher for 'real' rock compare with those 人造石.
