I think water would not go inside as there is a foam/cushion under the glass panel of the stove and the stove can be easily taken up even i myself.
Actually i have been using 人造石 for over 10 yrs and i saw the gas maintainance worker take up the stove by hand without using any tool.

I think so. Therefore, I change to the 'real' rock when I find the crack on 人造石.
However, the price is higher for 'real' rock compare with those 人造石.
