i use this yan yan over 3 yrs, she is break contact before, so far is ok, but finish this contract i need to change bun bun, she is ok, but bun bun can talk with my son in English

I had employed 2 break contract maids in the past (one is the current one). 1 point u need to consider is that if they could break the last contract, they will break your contract as well. So u need to fully understand the reason behind for breaking contract.

My last maid, she said she broke the contract because of hardship. Finally what I learnt was that she has low EQ and whenever she made mistakes and when I started to make my complaints, she wants to escape and told me that she wants to resign. Finally I got upset so let her resign (though finally she regrets and wants to stay but I didnt allow her)

My current maid stayed with me for 3 months already and sofar her work is good and she has good manner as well. (never bad face). However she has one major problem: she had 2 times late home experience which she came back after midnight without telling me in advance. I have given her verbal warning already.

My suggestion is that if you would consider the break contract maid, you need understand the maid's character first because most of them should have very strong mind.

題外話(笑話)
聽講我個ex衰老闆, n年前曾經有個菲傭半夜出走去警察報警話老闆虐待, 每餐都係一隻雞翼2碗白飯

不過我ex衰老闆的確變態, 老婆更變態(要食精神科藥物), 家中有個湊大幾個少主人既老seafood工人, 斷估新工人日子都唔好過

雖然我就黎搬去新加坡,
但我都覺得以我第一次請工人,
算幾好彩,

1) 你請佢時佢已經無做，定係仲做緊只不過係搵緊工？
我請佢時己無做, 係佢自己resign, 我有同佢前僱主傾過電話, 佢呻到樹葉都落晒, 係咁話我個工人點懶點差, 但佢就話佢誠信方面ok, 我就本住佢誠信方面ok而請佢。
2) 你用左佢幾耐？
09年5月上工到3月尾, 我通知佢做到3月尾, 當時都驚佢會黑面同變臉, 但佢知道後, 淨係同我地傾點樣揾迎僱主, 之後就照常做野, 完全無野咁!
佢平時做野都自動波, 有時仲上心過我

3) agent charge 佢幾多個月?
無Charge佢
4) agent 收你幾多錢？
我自己經AGENT請佢, 3XXX,

My philipine maid is terminated contract and introduced by my friend. Her last boss kick her out (fired) in the mid-night and she called my friend for help with tears, just bcs the mom of her ex-boss (grand-mon) cannot communicate with her so they fired her. She is now serving 4 adults and 2 babies, 3 level house with garden. She is ok and taking care my kids very well... now we have hired another oversea Indo-maid for sharing the house work as too busy to serving big house + babies + adults. I think we are lucky as 2 maids are very helpful, I don't need to squall or yell @ then, they can done all daily works. Our family is nice and easy-going, they both said it's happy to work here. I believe that if u treat them good, you will get return from them. My daughter loves them so much. This is also one of the reason I keep them here.

我家蜜糖婆婆都係斷約
仲係做咗8年幾自己resign
前僱主二千幾尺屋, 一家四口兩隻狗
本來係兩個工人, 但另一個一直做唔長
所有野都係佢一個人做
個個要食唔同早餐
抺車湊細路放狗都係佢
仲要幫阿mum按摩
佢一直都忍耐, 但年紀實在大啦
佢怕有錢都冇命享, 仔女又出身囉
家庭負擔輕咗, 於是託教會姊妹搵過份
個教會姊妹在我老友家中做了17年
於是我就遇上呢個好工人

的確, 斷約原因真係層出不窮
但講到尾, 除咗人夾人, 最最最緊要, 係睇彩數

我請左e個咁好0既斷約工人，都算好彩

我媽而家個賓叫做醒定咗,快咗,唔敢黑面. 佢唔使煮餸的, 我或媽煮.
用咗: June 22 till now.
Agent charge me: $3??? actual I forgot. But agency said already included the charges she need to pay in Philippines. Why I pay her charges? 等佢無籍口借貴利.
Agent charge her: don't know.
