My 2.5 year-old son quite loves "小寶寶學漢語". As pointed out by olima, the video is like "Your baby can read". The content, which covers say like colours, shapes, etc, should be suitable to 1.5 years and up.
My son also likes to read/sing along with 唐詩 (like 靜夜思, 春曉, etc) and 普通話兒歌 (like 踏雪尋梅, 鳳陽花鼓, etc) (in fact he loves reading these stuff every night before bed these days). These CD sets come with little booklets that contain the poems/lyrics in words and in pin-yin. I think they could be easily found in the market and are much cheaper than 小寶寶學漢語.
PS During a trip to Shanghai last May, we also bought some books (very cheap) dedicated for teaching children Putonghua (with "b, p, m, f" the pin-yin that sort of stuff). However, since there is no CD and therefore the pin-yin was taught by myself.
I think item 2 will be too simple for 5-year-old kids. The pin-yin is structured and quite boring if delivered not in a lively manner. As Olima said, it is best to inspire your son's motivation by, say, letting him listen to the putonghua songs (best to be sung together with parents). The pin-yin matter can be left at a later stage when your son has the interest in the language.

I wish to make it clear that "item 2" in my previous post refers to "小寶寶學漢語" which I think is more suitable to kids from infants to toddlers instead of big kids over 4 or 5 years of age.
I've checked with my wife that we bought exactly the same set of CD/books as mentioned by olima, i.e. "唱歌學普通話" by 小人國(廣州)兒童合唱團. It has three levels as 初級, 中級 & 高級 (each level having 2 CDs and 1 song book).
olima, we haven't limited our kid to elementary level, but let him pick up the one he wishes. Therefore, he has listened to inter. and advanced levels as well (we allow him to place the wanted CD into the CD player. The result is quite promising. During the CNY, he always sang "賀年歌" (his teacher taught it at school too) ...."恭喜恭喜恭喜你呀".
My wife bought the CD/song book (around $100 per level which includes 2 CDs plus a song book) at those book fairs commonly held at large shopping malls (we saw similar fairs). Or maybe you can try at the large bookshops.

where can I buy this nei???
I have no idea of this stuff you mentioned. From our experience, the earlier you let your son immerse in the language environment, the better the result. In your case, I suppose the materials come with both CD and song lyrics (or books). Since your son is still small, you may play the putonghua CD to him regularly. He will get used to the language and when he is old enough, he will try to utter the sounds. You (or your spouse) may then read the accompanying book(s) with him. Try to make it lively and interesting and relate it to our daily lives, e.g. the sun, the moon, cat and dog, etc. And during the big festivals such as CNY or Mid-Autumn you can name the related stuff such as 餃子, 紅包, 燈籠, 月亮, etc.
