唔介意！因為我打算同老公一人一層，咁就唔洗覺得唔公平，還有報稅時claim自住物業利息時可以claim盡D。he he .....

YES! definitely will. this happened to me once, had a very unhappy and negative outcome. It's a kind of respect instead of the actual ownership.

We haven't put my name in our flat!
I don't mind.

He bought the flat before we got marry.
After we got marry, I pay the mortgage, and he pay for living expenses.
Now, the flat is already fully paid.
And he say he want to change the flat into my name (it is because I pay for it).
However, I don't want to do that.
It is because, if he don't love me one day, I won't take away anything related to him. I won't take the flat, as well as 1 cents from him. I will totally forget him and have my new life without him!

記得九七金融風暴時的負資産嗎？

當年結婚老公買樓沒有寫我名讓我給亞媽“之之作作”了一排，當金融風暴後亞媽只有說我英明！

不過都是一句，如果人要變心，我要層樓又有什麽用呢？

I am a 'simply' woman.
I am happy because....... he have told me to change his name into mine. With such words is enough to me!
