i also did mask from Sat to Mon, no mask last night cuz the mask is out of stock, will receive joychemical products today and will do mask again tonight until Sat. after apply mask for 3 consecutive nights, i found that my skin is not that dry, but a bit sticky, why?

cream - moisturising gel

is it too nourishing for me to do masks for consecutive nights?

ng... my case, I did moisture mask (cream texture) every night, then put C+E & B5 afterwards, only feel firm skin wor... maybe your mask too rich?

don't know, i asked the sales in Sasa to recommend one moisturing (only) mask to me and she recommended 2 to me, one is Sasa mask (which is very useless - very dry) and one is a mask from Japan (very watery).

tell you.. I never stop the yoga even my period is coming...only avoid some poses like shoulder stand, head stand....

different teacher said different way, usually i don't do asana on the 1st & 2nd day and no inversion poses on 3rd & 4th day of period
