睇到妳話要學下煮，0岩0岩係度嘆緊碗糖水，真係好味道，凍食10分10分yummy正。

我買左$1白木耳(半包)+一包鮮蓮子$1+一包鮮百合$2.x+幾粒紅棗+冰糖=4碗糖水。

我想ａｐｐｌｅ應該沒有食錯野，應該係出牙，因為已經見到有點點白色了．　

不過近日我買左一個吸管bottle 比 apple 飲水，不過這個bottle 沒有Stream, 只是每次用時，就用滾水６一６．唔知會唔會有關係呢？？

除左奶樽，舊飯既餐具及杯我都無消毒，所以唔駛0甘擔心係因個吸管bottle既問題，相信係出牙仔所以poopoo水水0甘！無事既！

when u go back hk, check out the apply daily newspaper, they sometimes got coupon at hk$20 to exchange in 7-11, i did that last time, hee...much cheaper, rite? :mrgreen:

apple is already 1yr+, not necessary to sterilize all cutlery before using! besides, cup with straw u cannot sterilize it, rite? regrading to her poo poo, i guess most likely she's teething then it got itch that she kept putting her fingers in her mouth, and it may not so clean; therefore, she got watery poo poo, how many days did she have watery poo poo? if the situation cont'd then better to see dr, ya? coz my gal doesn't have watery or frequently poo poo when she was teething so i'm unsure if diff baby got diff reaction? ?-(

My boy start to eat mango around 1..5 yrs old, he was a really skinny baby when he was small. He didn't eat much, except fruit.

I did follow the 5 days rule every time I introduce new fruit to him, and he was lucky that he has never been allergic to food.

As far as I remember, the order of fruit introduced in his diet are:

6mths -1.5 years old (fruit smashed with a spoon)
1st apple
2nd orange
3rd banana (great for banana milkshake)
4th kiwi
5th papaya
6th grapes (seedless)

1.5 - 3yrs old (fruit chopped in very tiny pieces)
7th pear
8th watermelon
9th mango
10th avocado
11th pineapple
12th blueberry
13th strawberry
14th rapsberry
