Why not? i believe most of the kids now they all have english name, then why can't you put it on his/her birth cert.??
why need to think your children may not like the english name? if your hubby say that, why don't he think your children may not like their chinese name too? then maybe need to get a birth cert just have LAST NAME on it? haha
