don't worry too much, if the weather is not too bad, you can still come to db for a walk anyway. the plaza which is right next to the beach is a very pleasant place to walk around.
it is good to hear that you all have a good time in db. did you walk along the water front? i think it is quite pleasant to walk along there.
as for rental in db. we have a very wide range market here. we do have small flat from 1 bed room, about 530 sq feets to really big house up to 5000 sq feets. other than the public facilities in the plaza, all village have their own children playground as well. i think you can get a small 1 bedroom flat for about 6-7k a month right now.
as for my son is in his terrible 2. he is now 2 years 9 months old.
