1. Yes, prepare it for your yanyan so that she can send it by registered mail (either "single or double-" registered mail) to your original agency.

You can go back 1 or 2 pages (post #412) where心心靚媽媽 was

over the same thing.

2. I will presume that your yanyan came to work for you in Aug 2006, and you need to renew dh contract in July 2008. I will also presume that your yanyan got her 1st passport in June 2006 and it will expire in June 2009.

If you renew contract now, and assuming that you wish to let her take her leave within 1 year of contract renewal instead of now.

HK Imm Dept will issue her a dh visa which will expire 1 month before her passport expires, i.e. May 2009.

So some time between half-year before her passport expires (i.e. Jan 2009) and May 2009, yanyan must go to renew her passport at Indo Consulate (NOT HK Imm Dept cos she is Indonesian, not local HK!!). She has to pay HK$60 to Indo Consulate for the passport plus submit 2 photos.

Then immediately after she gets her new Indo passport (which is around 1 or 2 weeks after she applied for new passport), and before May 2009, she must leave HK once and return to HK BEFORE the dh visa expires.

As of today, it can be a 1-day trip to Macau, or if she wants to take leave in Indonesia it can be 2 weeks' leave in Indonesia. But she MUST return BEFORE the dh visa expires.

When she returns to HK, the HK Imm Dept officer at HK airport will stamp a chop which says she can remain in HK as your DH until the end of your 2nd contract, i.e. Aug 2010. No charge is required.

Is the above clear enough ?

唉,一口氣睇晒諗住自己搞續約,點知睇到最後先留意到,當年個合約唔係我地兩公婆主人,係老公個老豆,今次我地係想轉返我自己做僱主,因為工人同bb已經搬左返黎同我住, 唉,原來唔同一個僱主,我要起新合約,我真係唔想工人比咁多錢個agent,果啲agent兩年都無問候過我,比錢佢仲咩呢, 唉....

如果咁樣我倏新僱主,舊僱主又係老公個老豆,妳地知唔知4年後我駛唔駛比長期服務金呢...河

唉,聽日開始搵平agent把啦,自行續約,兩年後再睇過喇要

Yes, in your case, you need to find an agency to process your DH contract.
As long as your yanyan's passport is with her or with you (and NOT the agency) you can go to another agency (which should be on the list, check the list).
You as employer will need to pay agency fees (which may range from ~$18xx to $7xxx according to prev postings here by all mums).
Yanyan will also need to pay agency fees, but it will NOT be 7m of her salary / HK$21xxx. It will usually be ~HK$3000.

Do read the 自己續約proedures again ~1y9m later to save $$$$$.
Actually, after going through this topic, you should know the procedures better and it will help you in all yanyan matters.

有關印印續約, 在"免僱傭稅"推出後, 有好多朋友都同賓賓提早解約再做新約來免稅, 你有無聽到相似免稅方法可以用在印傭上呢.........我在年頭與印印自行續約成功(多得你的幚忙解答疑問), 又要交新的一期稅了, 而且印印把假期廷至本月底, 她即將回印尼3weeks, 大把支出呢 .....

我個印印話 :
有好多agencies教d僱主
提早解約再續約.
但要經agency,
交完agency fees 後所慳無幾,
所以我無想過做.

你試下計下要付幾多,
可以慳幾多
再算喇.
in my case無乜著數.
