1. You had better get the Indo documents first, in end April, and receive them in May. The other things you can get in HK = can wait till June.

2. If your "old" contract and her passpotr is still with the agency, then you MUS get it back first.
(pls refer to my previous posts, tell the agency that you will take yanyan to Macau and so you need her passport + contract back).
And YOU must go to the agency with your yanyan. Don't let yanyan go alone. And remind yanyan NOT to tell agency that you plan to renew contract by yourself.

Just tell the agency that you have not decided yet, need more time to consider.

Yes, only if :

Your yanyan can tel home (Indo) and ask them to get and courier all the Indo documents to you before mid-March, and they are the proper and correct ones.

The HK documents (incl body check report, doc letter, declaration by employer) can be ready in ~2-3 days.

I can't renew because my maid's birth date on her passport is different from the family card. Indonesia consulate does not accept it. It's quite common that maid's birth date is older than on the family card. You should be care.

提早續約只係你同工人簽多一份同意書, 同意大家終止之前的合約, 在入境處個網可以download, 但就要提前比假期錢(按比例計)及機票錢給工人, 不過你只欠一期外傭稅, 唔算慳得多.
最緊要係你覺得呢個工人值得同佢續約先, 有時工人續咗約就變晒架, 所以我上次都無提早同工人續約, 因為計落唔係慳好多, 又費事煩, 同埋想觀察吓用唔用呢個工人好, 費事到時要炒佢, 仲洗多咗錢, 早輪我工人好好, 好幫手架, 上星期同佢續咗約, 做野即刻慢半拍, 不過都預咗啦!

寫好晒 to邊個, from 邊個, 日期等,
而封信的內容照抄
就得架喇.
