你好似係extension of contract 多過續約渦.

以前係可以辦extension of contract, 最多係做多3m, 但好似後來(imm dept)話唔得.

你一係去問imm dept 還是否可以做extension of contract.

如果唔得, 而你同印印雙方願意的話, 又無別的顧慮, 咪當普通續2年約然後印印簽定辭職信俾你囉.

但印印方面未必肯咁同你簽,
因提早解約,
而又唔係因為僱主financial reason等理由的話,
=佢一定要返家鄉停留幾個月
又要俾一大大筆agency fees
先正可以再去外地打工.

或見到也不理.

真係做唔到先正找個agency攪續約都唔遲.
還夠時間的.
(當然唔好咁純真
自己講俾agency知話自行續約做唔到先搵佢,
以免坐地起價.)

我個印話佢冇哂親人係印尼(包括冇老公),

Statement letter from parent/guardian or husband (for married status) containing no objection for the domestic helper to extend her employment contract without agency (attached with her parent/guardian or husband’s copy of Indonesian ID Card and Family Card which has been legalized by Village/ District Head).

咁以上文件應該點呢?

孩子需要鼓勵, 適當的稱讚和鼓勵, 會使他更努力去完成任務, 對自己更有自信. 在小朋友的學習過程中，父母的啟發與鼓勵是十分重要。

你問個印印 :
她家的"戶籍表" 上(一張電腦紙, 用printer印出來的, 上面有齊佢全家人的姓名, 印尼id number, 出生日期, 關係, ...) , 誰是戶主 (NAMA KARTU KELUARGA) ?

就是那位戶主要去攪張同意印印在hk工作信 etc.

我也想學您般自行續約, 可是有幾個前提想先請教:

1. 一般要在完約前多久開始辦?

2.印尼領事館的網頁內有幾分文件請問在哪裡有樣板?

1. New employment contract signed by employer, domestic helper and two witnesses.

這可自己DRAFT的文件嗎 ?

以下的文件有沒有SAMPLE?

2. Application letter from employer containing the reason for renew her employment contract without going through an agency.

9. Statement letter from parent/guardian or husband (for marriedstatus) containing no objection for the domestic helper to extend heremployment contract without agency (attached with her parent/guardianor husband’s copy of Indonesian ID Card and Family Card which has beenlegalized by Village/ District Head).

11. Domestic helper has to send a letter by Registered Post to anIndonesian agency informing that she is renewing her contract withoutHong Kong agency. (Attached the proof of letter posting and copy ofher letter).

- No. This is the green set of DH contract you get from HK Immigration Dept for free.

- Write a letter to Indonexian Consulate, just say both you and your maid can save a lot of money.

9. Statement letter from parent/guardian or husband (for marriedstatus) containing no objection for the domestic helper to extend heremployment contract without agency (attached with her parent/guardianor husband’s copy of Indonesian ID Card and Family Card which has beenlegalized by Village/ District Head).
- The officials in Indonesia should know the document format by now. (They have been signing the same thing for ~7 years by now.) Tell your maid to speak to her family and tell them what is needed then her family member will need to go to the Indonesian officials to get the "statement letter".

11. Domestic helper has to send a letter by Registered Post to anIndonesian agency informing that she is renewing her contract withoutHong Kong agency. (Attached the proof of letter posting and copy ofher letter).
- Just tell your maid to write 1 sentence to her agency : that she is renewing her contract withoutHong Kong agency, then sign it. No need to explain anything.

辦妥第4次自行續約
全部過程
同上次2007年底一樣
無改過

我用了 :
$400 見醫生寫"fit for work"醫生信
$480 lab test 驗身
$310 印尼領事館手續費
$10 bank charges (bank 代收印尼領事館手續費)
$160 hk 入境處外佣visa費
Total = $1,360.-
