I agree with vk1101. Living Yoga is a good choice as it's just above the Mongkok KCR station. I heard it's about $5xx/month. You could make a tour at the centre or even request for a free trial. Remember not to commit anything until you ask for the best bargain.

I'm back.. last 2 days.. no mood to chat as my father-in-law passed away Sunday night suddenly because of the Heart Attacked! Feel very very guilty that we can't see him the last moment. At this moment what I should do is try to comfort my 99 & hubby... & heib... still thinking how to let her know...

i am going to try all kinds of lesson for beginners, except dance, within this month, meditation after world cup, i have tried hatha, kryoga therpy, satyanada, asana & pranayama, hatha poorna, ashtanga, kryoga warrior, power level 1, some more lessons to try within this week

what kind of lesson do you usually join? i usually join the evening class, may join the morning classes next month, it is more easy to wake up early in summer times....:)

aiya, 原來你冇上, 唔怪之得搵云都唔見 24" 啦!! 你冇咩野丫嘛? 休息多d 呀!

不過下次我都唔敢上 Kryoga sun series 2 啦, 佢係advance d 架. 個 instructor expect 大家都知咩係cobra, fish, warrior, etc. 就咁up pose 名d 人就知做咩動作... 我成堂都好忙碌咁望人地點做.

d 動作都幾難架... 有一字馬呀........

朗豪坊好似 8月先開，家陣 join 係響 tst 玩 then Aug 先轉返去 mk！我上年 10月開始 join pure yoga，我淨玩 tst branch，d 地方好乾淨企理，導師好 pro，我個人好滿意 law，其實有其他人嘅 comment，你有時間可去返舊 topic look look：[size=medium]HERE
