the thing I am mostly interested in is what kind of company And / or industry that the owner owns or being in charge of? CEO of a big size listed firm or he is the owner?

the biggest One I ever visited is my uncle. he owns a listed company. but still not comparable to the one you mentioned, 50 toilets!

actually in overseas, 3 storey house is not uncommon. they are in fact inconvenient to elderly who cannot walk fast or with difficult mobility. unless One lives in the one that has elevator installed!

But then it is uncommon for houses to have elevators overseas, except for handicapped

可能我個人無耐性, 3層樓好少搭lift.
