本人於月初給予1個月通知於工人姐姐，但她昨天早上突然走佬，打電話俾佢又無開電話，打俾Agent，佢話會fax termination letter 去入境處。請問我還需要做甚麼。工人姐姐的人工及機票又如何呢?是否需要向勞工處及警察備案呢?

Pls don't send termination letter to the Immi. Only report to the immi that the maid runs away and this is all you need to tell. There is no termination yet...or you will be in trouble. Did you sign anything provided by the agent already?

Yes you need to report it to the immi, and open file in the Labour dept to claim your maid.
