The following is my complaint email to customer service of One2free:

"My mobile no. is xxxxxxxx. My latest bill dated 16th Feb 2009 shows a charge of $13 and $30 related to 加油站來電接駁鈴聲. I tried a few times on the web to change the songs of my plan because many friends complained that they were very bad many times. I tried but then I realised the other songs are equally bad and so I swapped back to my original songs just within a matter of may be not more than 10 minutes. So anyone can prove that I have no intention and have not actually utilised the other songs for such purpose!! But I am charged $13 and $30 just because I clicked on the button to try out!! I could not see the 試聽 icon, and I also could not see anywhere that warns the user not to click on any button lest you have to bear the charge!!! I found this very unsatisfactory and is really a TRAP to users!!

I have a past experience of trying to stop one service on the web but I was still continue to be charged afterwards. So it means the web only works when they need to charge you but not so when you wish to stop something.

Your staff Manager Mr Choi at the hotline (staff no.041107) talked to me and only offered to waive half the charge. He implied I have problems of understanding the terms of charge which are stated on the web! He was unfriendly and unhelpful!!

I will stop my One2free account when it expires on 10 April 2009, as there has been many unhappy experience with One2free."

I hope other users will not fall in the same trap as me. In essence, never try to change anything on the web of One2free!!!
