Sorry, the tenant want to stay until the end of school year so the flat will only be avaiable near end of July / early August. Please let me know if you are still interested.
Thanks for the reply. The tenant find a new place to rent yesterday and she can return the flat to me this month. My place will be available to visit / rent in June. If you are interested, please PM or e-mail me your mobile phone number and the time that you prefer to visit the flat. Then I will give you my mobile number for further discussion. The rent is negotiable if you can provide proof of stable income.
