呼拉圈! Super good, it really works! And it is cheap and affordable. But you have to be persistent and make sure you work on the hula-hoop for 30min to 1 hour everyday. I used this hula-hoop a lot when I was younger My waist was 27 inch and it had gone down to 24 inch just using this hula-hoop ... I did not do other exercise much. Make sure you have to spin it fast when you play the hula-hoop so that 1-hour exercise is really 1 hour. If you do it slowly, 1 hour could be equivalent to 30 min or even less. The best way to do it is to switch on some sort of pop music with fast rhythm, spin the hula-hoop along and you will follow the rhythm and get by the 1 hour very easily.
I am no longer 24 inch after the child birth :-( And I have to put more effort on that again!!! Let's do it together and reduce the inch!
Only a little bit red and warm on the waist because the waist is doing exercise ma. I really did play the hula-hoop non-stop for 50 min everyday when I was younger (about 10 years ago). I first started with doing it for 15 min, then after 1 week, I increased it to 30 min, and gradually increasing it to 50 min everyday. My waist had really gone from 27 inch to 24 inch. I was even eager to go to 23 inch ... well I was kind of too happy with 24 inch already and hence could only go down to 23.5 inch in the end.
I am not sure if this would work on everyone, but it did work on myself. You could take that as a reference and simply try that out. If you think that it is hurting your waist or if you don't feel comfortable, you may stop and try other method.
I don't know if it would hurt playing the hula-hoop right after delivery woh. I had C-section myself and of course did not do anything exercise on the belly for a long while after the delivery. I was riding the bike at the gym to lose weight. Sorry, I am not sure if it is ok to play hula-hoop if it is a natural delivery.
